Dr. Igwe is a political economist, policy, and development analyst with over 20 years cognate experience in the energy sector in top management and director levels. He has broad knowledge in oil and gas economics, contracts and project management having successfully executed various projects with major International Oil Companies. His research experience cuts across themes in Political Economy, Development Studies and Jurisprudence. He holds an MSc and a doctorate degree (PhD) in Development Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and an LLB from the University of London, United Kingdom. His professional institutional affiliations include but not limited to the Institute of Corporate Governance, Nigeria (member); Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (member); Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (Fellow).
CHARLES UGOCHUKWU ORJI, PhD –
DIRECTOR-TECHNICAL SERVICES
Dr. Orji is a distinguished engineer with core specializations in marine, mechanical and offshore engineering. He obtained his Bachelor of Technology in marine engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He also has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne. He holds a PhD in Marine/Offshore Engineering and Naval Architecture, Newcastle University Upon Tyne. Dr. Orji possesses in-depth engineering and offshore skills requisite for attainment of specialty project goals. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); Associate member Royal Institute of Naval Architecture (RINA), and a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Mrs. Ify Igwe is a management scientist with a B.Sc. and Post Graduate Diploma in management science, respectively from the University of Port Harcourt. Mrs. Igwe is a seasoned professional with a strong flair for creativity and digital transformation. She has over 10 years’ experience in creative arts, human resources, and project management. She has successfully executed projects in various sectors, exceeding clients’ expectations. Mrs. Igwe brings entrepreneurial zest to the organization with lucid understanding of business processes and analytics. She offers key competencies in business development and strategic management.
NGOZI DYKE-EBIRIKA -
GENERAL MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCE
Mrs. Dyke-Ebirika is a Human Resource professional. She holds a first degree in Secretarial Administration (B.Sc) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree both from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. She has garnered over 15 years profound knowledge and experience in strategic Human Resource and Administration in the Oil & Gas, Marine/Logistics and healthcare sectors of the economy. She has been involved in strategic leadership, business acumen, building a competent, dynamic and agile workforce, to meet the rapidly changing demands of today’s workforce. She leads the Human Capital experts whose mission is to create a truly human and enabling work environment in the digital age. She is a Fellow of the Certified Board of Administrators of Nigeria (FCBAN), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and Certified by HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in America as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi).

Prince Bobmanuel is a key player in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt, started his career with Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited in year 2000. He has 20years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with leadership footprints as project manager in laudable engineering projects, from the Drilling to Completion phases of wells. He has acquired immeasurable experience as Business Development, managing IOCs and LOCs with results that impacts the overall financial profitability and commercial performance of the business. He is a strong advocate for diversity in the workplace and literally believes in the rights of the female gender. He serves as the company’s business development lead.
